Office Administrator & Human Resources Executive
Day-to-day office administration .Ensuring availability of stationery and other consumables and making sure these are acquired in a timely manner as per office requirements. Ensuring timely renewal of service contracts (like AC, Computers etc) , if any. Arranging for repairs & maintenance of office equipment, computers, electric fixtures, telephone/internet lines, EPBX system, Aqua Guard & furniture & fixtures.
Handling company accounts including invoicing, payments, bank accounts, client payment followup, etc. Payroll management including leave record maintenance .Timely payment of taxes etc. Timely payment of all recurring and non-recurring bills including handling of Petty Cash. Organizing Interviews and other related tasks for recruitments.
