The Trust Board is determined that UHL will become a leading driver, deliverer and shaper in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.• The Director of Strategy will be charged with building a strategy function to shape the short, medium and long term goals for UHL. This will require vision and the development of effective implementation strategies.
