An opportunity has now arisen for a PC Field Service Engineer / IT Field Support Engineer to join their team. Covering the South West, in this field based role you will be responsible for visiting customers in order to repair PCs and peripherals onsite where possible. In some cases you will take the equipment home to fix it, therefore you must have the facilities and space to do so.
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a field-based IT support position. You must also be able to repair PCs and their associated peripherals from a hardware and software perspective, as well as the facilities to repair machines in your own home workshop if an onsite repair is not possible.
As the PC Field Service Engineer / IT Field Support Engineer you should have strong organisational skills, good customer facing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You must also be able to go into people's homes and provide a friendly and efficient service
