The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the new independent regulator for affordable housing in England. There are 10 million people living in affordable housing and many millions more who are unable to meet their housing needs in the open market. The TSA exists to champion their needs and to raise the standards of service for tenants.
As Head of TSA's information team, you will lead the development and implementation of our information strategies. You will ensure the right technology and infrastructure solutions are in place that enables TSA to operate as a knowledge driven regulator and to support a variety of flexible and mobile working options for staff.
You will have a strong background in a senior technical role and a good understanding of information management and how this can be used to best effect to support the delivery of business objectives. You will also have demonstrable experience of implementing innovative information and technology solutions and of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
